1. Weekly client update
Send this every Friday so clients hear from you before they chase. Fill the brackets.

2. Invoice follow-up sequence
Three messages, escalating politely. Send #1 the day after due, #2 at 7 days, #3 at 21 days.
FOLLOW-UP 1 (gentle, day after due) Subject: Invoice [number] - quick reminder Hi [client], just a friendly nudge that invoice [number] for [amount] was due [date]. If it is already on its way, ignore this. Thanks! FOLLOW-UP 2 (firmer, ~7 days) Subject: Invoice [number] now overdue Hi [client], invoice [number] for [amount] is now [X] days overdue. Could you let me know when I can expect payment, or if anything is holding it up? Happy to resend the details. FOLLOW-UP 3 (final, ~21 days) Subject: Final reminder - invoice [number] Hi [client], despite previous reminders, invoice [number] for [amount] remains unpaid [X] weeks after the due date. Please arrange payment within 7 days. If there is a genuine difficulty, let me know and we can agree a plan.
3. Project status format
One line per project. Share it with clients or keep it as your Monday command view.

4. New client onboarding checklist
Run this every time you sign someone, so nothing slips in week one.
- Signed agreement / scope confirmed in writing
- Deposit or first payment received before work starts
- Kickoff call booked and agenda sent
- Access collected (logins, brand assets, content, accounts)
- Single channel agreed for updates and approvals
- Milestones and key dates written down and shared
- Added to your status board / weekly update list
- Invoice schedule set (deposit, milestones, final)
