What we store

When you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed authentication token. When you run the pipeline, we store the prompts you type, the artifacts generated, and aggregate usage metrics (token counts, cost estimates, Ghost Scores).

If you use Dead Drop mode, we store your prompt and artifact temporarily. Dead drops expire and are permanently deleted after 1 hour.

If you share a project, the shared snapshot is stored until you delete it or your account.

Where data is processed

Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Depending on your selected provider, this may include Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI (GPT), or Groq (LLaMA). Each provider has its own data handling policies. We do not control how these providers store or process the prompts we send them.

Our application infrastructure is hosted on Vercel. Database services are provided by Supabase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Data retention

Account data and project data are retained for the lifetime of your account. Pipeline run history is retained for 90 days unless you are on a paid plan, in which case it is retained indefinitely. Dead drops are deleted after 1 hour. API key hashes are retained until you revoke them.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. You can revoke API keys individually. You can request a full data export by emailing us. We respond to deletion and export requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you enable Sentry error monitoring, Sentry may set its own cookies for error replay.
