Acceptable use

Ghost Studio is a tool for generating legitimate software artifacts. You may not use it to generate malicious code, malware, exploits, phishing pages, or any software intended to harm systems or users. You may not use it to circumvent security controls or generate content that violates applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the code you generate and deploy. We provide no warranty that generated artifacts are free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or licensing issues. You should review all generated code before using it in production.

Ghost Architect subscription

The Ghost Architect plan is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. A 7-day free trial is included with your first subscription. You can cancel at any time from Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with Ghost Architect, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact support to request a refund.

Rate limits and fair use

Free accounts are subject to rate limits (30 pipeline requests per minute, daily token and cost budgets). Ghost Architect runs are limited to 3 per hour. API access (when available) is limited to 60 requests per minute. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to ensure fair access for all users.

Limitation of liability

Ghost Studio is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: bugs in generated code, security vulnerabilities, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account at least 14 days before taking effect.
